Shipping Policy

When and how can I change my order details?

If you realize you made a mistake when entering your shipping information or during the purchase, please email us at service@schonkauf.com within 24 hours. Please also check the order confirmation email you received immediately after placing your order to verify all details.

When will I receive my tracking number?

All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse in Asia. Please allow for extra processing time during holidays and sale periods. Warehouse and packaging processes take approximately 2–5 business days. You will receive your tracking number as soon as your order is ready to ship.

If you do not receive tracking information within 5 business days of payment, please contact us. Processing may be delayed if address or payment information is incomplete or incorrect.

How can I track my package?

Once your order has shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation containing the tracking number.

When will I receive my order? Delivery time is calculated as follows:

Estimated delivery date = Order date + 2–5 business days (warehouse processing) + estimated shipping time

Canada, Europe    5–12 business days

Please note that there is typically a delay of 2–7 days in tracking information updates when the package transfers from Chinese USPS facilities to US-based USPS facilities.

Risk-free shipping

If, for any reason, your order does not arrive within 60 days, we will refund 100% of the purchase price for the item in question.
In the event of a missing order, please contact service@schonkauf.com. We will investigate the matter (usually taking 3–5 business days) and resend the product to you once the issue is resolved.

Customs duties and taxes

All prices on our website are displayed in US dollars, excluding taxes. You may be required to pay customs duties or taxes upon receipt of your order.

Import taxes, customs duties, and other fees are determined by your local customs office and are your responsibility. We assume no liability for delays caused by customs clearance processes. Please contact your local customs office for details.

Liability for incorrect address

The buyer is responsible for entering the address correctly. schonkauf assumes no responsibility for packages sent to the wrong address due to incorrect information provided by the buyer.

If the package arrives in your country and:

the customer refuses delivery

multiple delivery attempts have been made

schonkauf reserves the right to abandon the package and will not issue a refund.
